Friends of mine were renting there and left due to the rent increase and all the extra monthly fees even for your pet. It started out great then the Company up the rents to $1400.00 for a two bedroom apartment. One car stall above ground use to be included in rent now they charge $25.00 for underground $65.00 per month underground additional stall charged too. Dog poop all over the park from large dogs and lazy tenants that do not pick up after their dogs. Utilities not included.
